A cover sitting directly above the worms will help to keep them cool in summer and warm in winter. It will also provide an extra barrier from light to encourage the worms to venture to the top of the farm to eat.
Made from discarded hessian coffee sacks that would have otherwise ended up in landfill, once folded or cut are perfectly suited to use with any worm farm or compost bin.
